KSAI Consulting emerged from my desire to help individuals achieve their goals both professionally and personally by maximising their true and full potential!  With over 20 years of experience within the Financial and Professional Services industries in progressively more senior roles, and over 12 years of experience specifically overseeing recruitment, onboarding and integration at the executive level.

I have extensive expertise and a deep understanding  of  'what good looks like' in global organisations with complex matrix structures!
